Advocate Deepak Batra is a seasoned legal and financial services professional with over twenty-two years of experience across the Indian financial services industry and legal practice. As the Founder of JURAL® and Legal & Regulatory Advisor to PROBAY™, he advises startups, intermediaries, and businesses on SEBI regulations, corporate compliance, and start-up advisory.

Prior to establishing JURAL®, Deepak held key positions with leading institutions including HDFCM Securities, ICICI Securities, and Standard Chartered Bank, where he gained extensive exposure to financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and client advisory. He is also the founder of New Vertical, a boutique financial services firm. This combined industry and legal experience enables him to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.

He is actively involved in advisory and regulatory matters relating to Securities Laws, SEBI compliances, and start-up structuring, assisting clients in navigating complex legal and regulatory environments with clarity and precision.
