3. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Commencement of Service: If we are unable to commence the service due to reasons attributable to us
  • Service Not Delivered: If the service is not delivered within the committed timeframe (excluding delays caused by government authorities)
  • Duplicate Payment: If you have made a duplicate payment for the same service
  • Technical Error: If there was a technical error during payment processing
  • Cancellation Before Processing: If you cancel your order before we have started processing your application

Please note: Once the service has been initiated or application has been filed with the respective government authority, refunds will not be applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

  • Government Fees: Fees paid to government authorities (MCA, GST, Trademark Registry, etc.) are non-refundable
  • Professional Services: Services where work has already commenced or applications have been submitted
  • Consultation Services: Paid consultations once delivered
  • Document Drafting: After draft has been shared with client for review
  • Rejected Applications: Refunds are not provided for applications rejected by government authorities due to client's non-compliance or incorrect information
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you change your mind after the service has been initiated

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit Request: Send an email to hello@probay.in with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  • Provide Details: Include your order number, service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for refund
  • Supporting Documents: Attach any relevant documents or evidence supporting your request
  • Review Period: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  • Decision Notification: We will notify you of our decision via email
  • Processing Refund: If approved, refund will be processed within 10-15 business days

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase. Requests beyond this period will not be considered.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on the payment method used:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-7 business days
  • UPI/QR Code: 2-5 business days
  • Wallet Payment: 2-3 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing time. We will provide you with a refund reference number for tracking purposes.

7. Refund Amount

The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

  • Full Refund: If no work has been initiated, full payment will be refunded
  • Partial Refund: If work has been partially completed, refund will be adjusted for work done
  • Deductions: Government fees and transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Service Fees: Administrative fees of up to 10% may be applicable for refunds where work has commenced

The exact refund amount will be communicated to you during the approval process.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service request under the following conditions:

  • Before Processing: Free cancellation with 100% refund if no work has been initiated
  • After Document Collection: Cancellation after document collection may incur a 25% processing fee
  • After Application Drafting: Cancellation after draft preparation may incur a 50% fee
  • After Submission: No cancellation or refund after application submission to government authorities

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer. All disputes arising under this Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
